Please find below the sales conditions related to your booking:

We will not debit your credit card for your reservation. You will be requested to insert your credit card details as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then be settled directly at the front desk upon arrival

A credit card number is required to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card

Check in time is from 12.00 noon & check-out until 12.00 noon.
Note that children age 5 yrs and older are charged so Please include them in the number of CHILD box. For children below 5 yrs old sharing with adults is complimentary with existing bedding, please do enter the child Box.
Please leave it as ‘0’.

Payment due upon Arrival.

Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.

AS A MANDATORY CHECK IN REQUIREMENT, ALL FOREIGN NATIONALS AND NON-RESIDENTIAL INDIANS NEED TO PRESENT PASSPORT AND ALL INDIAN NATIONALS NEED TO PRESENT PHOTO IDENTITY CARD AT CHECK IN VALID ID PROOF IS ONLY VOTER ID, DRIVING LICENSE, PASSPORT BUT PAN CARD IS NOT VALID ID PROOF AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

Swimming Pool users must wear swimming suits or swimming trunks upon entry into the pool. Clothing such as cut-offs, gym shorts, and underwear is not permitted as swimwear.
